Service and Maintenance Contracts – Preventative Maintenance or Total Responsibility Contracts, specifically tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring your system operates at peak performance 24/7.
Diagnostics and Condition Monitoring – Investment in the latest monitoring equipment enables to provide complete system analysis includeing: Air Quality Tests, Breathing Air Tests, Coolant Sampling, Vibration Analysis and Shock pulse monitoring.
Airend Overhauls – Rebuild or Reconditioned Service Available. Using the Ingersoll Rand T30 shock pulse monitoring system and coolant sampling, we can identify potential problems before they occur. Planned airend reworking eliminates unscheduled breakdowns reducing the possibility of incurring expensive repairs.
Motor Rework – As part of the compressor drivetrain we can offer a complete service to rework your motor or supply of new.
Supply of Consumable Spares and Oil – We can offer a quick turnaround on the supply of genuine and performance spares from our extensive stock.
Food Grade Conversions – With new regulations regarding the use of compressed air within the food industry, we can offer a full survey and advice on meeting new regulatory standards. We can advise on the selection of new equipment required and recommend upgrades including a conversion to run on food grade coolant.
Leak Management - Comprehensive analysis to identify and tag leaks. Reduction of leaks elimate unnecessary compressor loading and will improve system and compressor performance. We focuson the complete compressed air installation in addition to the plant room performance.
Technical Support – Our service division is supported by Brian Williams, Technical Manager, who has over 15 years experience within the compressed air industry. He is qualified as a ‘competent person’ with respect to pressure systems and is fully trained on the latest pressure system regulations and WSE (Written Scheme of Examination).

Paul Crisp, Service Manager
Paul Crisp (formerly Regional Service Manager for Atlas Copco within Midlands / South Wales and the South West) heads up our Service Division covering both our Bridgend and Plymouth branches. Paul has a wealth of experience having worked for and trained by Atlas Copco for almost 20 years.
Paul will be responsible for our existing service base and increasing our service related activity by offering professional solutions to any compressed air service requirements, to include routine service work, 24hr breakdown repair service, turn key installation, service and commissioning, Compressed Air Energy Audits, Air Leak Detection Surveys and Pipework repairs , Quality Air Testing and Condensate management.
With many years experience of servicing Atlas Copco equipment, we have gained a reputation for offering a cost effective alternative to the manufacturer and are able to offer technical advice and carry out any remedial or major overhaul work.
