Industrial Air Power Limited offer a complete Electrical Motor Service/ Repair and Rewind Service and Vibration Analysis 24 hours for all makes of Air Compressors. Each Motor is serviced, repaired re-built and tested to OEM specifications with a test certificate. Motors have a rewind to original OEM specifications and fully tested with a test certificate and a full guarantee.
Warranty Repair Work – As authorised agents for Hydrovane we can support any Hydrovane product and carry out any remedial work or repairs.
Supply of Consumable Spares and Oil – Industrial Air Power can offer a quick turnaround on the supply of spares from our extensive stock or arrange direct delivery from the OEM anywhere within the U.K.
Food Grade Conversions – With new regulations regarding the use of compressed air within a food production facility, we can offer a full survey and advice on meeting these standards. We can offer advice on the selection of new equipment required and also upgrading of existing equipment including a conversion to run on food grade coolant.
Leak Management - A full distribution analysis identifying and tagging leaks. Reduction of leaks reduces unnecessary compressor loading and will improve system and compressor performance. We focus on the complete system performance and not just on the plant room performance.
