Industrial Air Power (IAP) specialises in:
- Sales, hire, service repair and maintenance of Ingersoll Rand’s range of Rotary Screw, Reciprocating, Oil Free and Variable Speed Compressors; Air Dryers; Air Filters; Rotary Pumps, Air Tools & Winches.
- Sales, hire, service, maintenance and repair of new, reconditioned and used air compressors, tools, winches, pumps, hoists, motors, dryers, filters, and air compressor repair parts.
- Bespoke service contracts for most major manufacturers’ air compressors, dryers and accessories
Our policy is to provide customers with safe, professional, reliable services which meet their specific requirements and quality standards whilst ensuring our business activities and services are undertaken in a safe, ethical and environmentally responsible manner. We are fully committed to the delivery of this policy and in doing so maintain management systems and processes to support this delivery. We will:
- Provide and maintain working environments that safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all our employees and any other persons affected by our business activities - eliminate hazards and reduce occupation health and safety risks to prevent work related injury and / or ill health
- Protect the environment in which we operate by reducing our environmental impact, preventing pollution and promoting sustainability
- Deliver a quality service that meets our customers’ expectations
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements, and all other requirements to which IAP subscribes, which relate to health & safety requirements and environmental aspects.
- Operate our management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standard.
- Provide suitable training, instruction and information to all persons under our control to ensure they are fully informed, and they have the necessary competency/skills to perform their work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to standards expected by the customer
- Encourage participation and support from all persons affected by our activities through structured communication and consultation processes
- Continually improve our overall performance and management systems/processes, particularly in relation to health, safety, environmental and quality by setting, maintaining and reviewing objectives and targets.
To ensure our systems and process remain suitable and effective and we met our objectives, we will:
- Measure, monitor and analyse our overall health, safety, environmental and quality performance on a regular basis using measures appropriate to the needs of the business
- Regularly review our management systems, our performance and our compliance to applicable legal and other requirements through planned and regular audits and management reviews
- Review, and action where appropriate, feedback or communications received from our employees, customers and other interested parties in relation to health, safety, environmental and quality matters
This policy statement applies IAP. It is reviewed annually. It is available to employees from our company intranet site. Copies are available to customers, contractors, the public and other interested parties upon request.
