In addition to providing our traditional compressed air pipeline installation services throughout South Wales and the West Country, we now provide on-site large bore pipe services for both water and steam systems.

Industrial Air Power’s Installation team are fully conversant with the methods required to strip out and replace existing large bore pipework and ancillary equipment from subways, ducts, tunnels and buildings with limited access and space. The removal of redundant services is normally carried out as part of an overall contract. Coded welders undertake all welded systems and our quality documentation includes full traceability of materials, NDT reports, Radiography if required and Hydrostatic test certificates.

Our Installation Engineers are fully conversant working with a variety of pipeline materials, including ductile steel, welded carbon steel and plastics - both bonded and fusion-welded systems.

We project manage and are solely accountable for each phase of the contract, including total responsibility for all civil and electrical interfaces.
